Rabies outbreak in Rangjung town, Trashigang

On 4th October 2016, a stray dog had bitten two people within Rangjung Central School compound. On subsequent days (6 and 7 Oct 2016) another two dogs have bitten two people. Two of the suspected rabid dogs were killed by the people and the brain tissue tested positive to rabies virus.
